Below are the terms of exchanges, what we do and what we don&#8217;t accept. Please read carefully before making a purchase.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Making a purchase indicates that you have read, acknowledged, understand and agreeto adhere to the following termsand conditions.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Exchange Policy:<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">If you have received a damaged product, a wrong size or a wrong product, you can send it back to us for exchange. Unboxing video is compulsory to claim missing products.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">You may send us an email at noorchikankari@gmail.com\u00a0for an acknowledgement and to receive address details for the exchange process or you can use the Exchange form included in your parcel to send the items back.\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Once your parcel is received by us, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The item will have to be undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">The return packet (outer) needs to be the original packet sent by us. Please pack the courier in a neat manner or it will not be accepted. You need to provide your details and order number in the package.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">We do not have a reverse pickup service. The customer will have to send the item back for exchange by themselves.
